① 超商取貨：7-11/全家（NT$60）- 約2-3日（請留意簡訊，並於時間內取件）

☞ 若未在時間內取件被退件，則需要再補80元（寄件＋包材工本費）才會再次寄件。

② 郵寄掛號（NT$60）- 約2-3日，不含假日（請確認有人可以簽收）

① Convenience store pickup (NT$60) - Estimated delivery in 2-3 days (Please pay attention to SMS notifications and pick up your package within the designated timeframe).

☞ If the package is returned due to failure in picking it up within the designated timeframe, an additional fee of NT$80 (postage and packaging fee) will be required for reshipment.

② Registered mail (NT$60) - Estimated delivery in 2-3 days, excluding holidays (Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package).

▒ 國際物流 (International logistics)：

▪  使用中華郵政寄出，運費依照每個國家（NT$150-400不等）

▪ We use Chunghwa Post for international shipping, and the shipping fee varies depending on the destination country (ranging from NT$150 to NT$400).

▒ 飾品照護 (Jewelry Care)：

▪  一般合金或是塑料等材質飾品 - 請避免碰水，並於不戴時放入夾鏈袋或是飾品盒中避免氧化，飾品會有一定壽命，但是好好照護能延長壽命。

▪  軟陶材質 - 請勿重壓會是刻意用手去彎折，勿放置在陽光直射處，不戴時請放置陰涼處以夾鏈袋或是飾品盒保存。若有髒污可用濕紙巾或酒精輕輕擦拭即可。

▪ 純銀飾品 - 會氧化主要是因為硫化物。多多配戴可讓人體油脂成為防止氧化的防護，而不戴時請放入夾鏈袋或是密封罐保存。

✺✺✺ 請避免接觸酸性類物質、香水香精、溫泉硫磺，純銀若氧化可以使用牙膏刷洗或是使用拭銀布擦拭。

▪ For jewelry made of general alloys or plastic materials, please avoid contact with water. When not wearing them, store them in a ziplock bag or jewelry box to prevent oxidation. These types of jewelry have a certain lifespan, but proper care can help extend their longevity.

▪ For polymer clay jewelry - Avoid applying excessive pressure or intentionally bending it with your hands. Keep it away from direct sunlight and store it in a cool place, either in a ziplock bag or a jewelry box when not wearing it. If it gets dirty, you can gently clean it with a damp cloth or alcohol.

▪ For sterling silver jewelry, oxidation is primarily caused by sulfides. Regular wearing allows the natural oils from your body to act as a protective barrier against oxidation. When not wearing them, store them in a ziplock bag or a sealed container.

✺✺✺ Avoid contact with acidic substances, perfumes, fragrance oils, and hot springs containing sulfur. If sterling silver jewelry becomes tarnished, you can use toothpaste to brush or use a silver polishing cloth to clean them.
